All names in bold are players who were selected for the All-Century team's starting lineup

The All-Century team was voted for by thousands of fans over the internet during the second half of the season. Out of 100 selected players, only thirty made the team. This in itself made it extremely difficult to vote for only thirty. The thirty players who made the All Century Team were announced before the beginning of the second game of the World Series. They had a brief ceremony for each player that made it, talking about a few of their greatest achievements. The Ceremony was very emotional, since all these exceptional players were there. Anyone who had one time or another followed baseball, and even some people who don't, found this ceremony as truly touching.
